A: Yes. We can customize shell color, logo, and packaging design.

Q: Do you offer ODM/OEM services?

A: Yes. Send us your design, and we'll provide a quote and sample promptly.

Q: Can you provide a complete audio system solution?

A: Yes. We offer integrated solutions including speakers, microphones, amplifiers, and mixers.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customization?

A: It depends on the customization level. Please contact us for details.

2. Product Quality

Q: How do you ensure product quality?

A: We provide pre-production samples and conduct final inspections before shipment.

3. Payment & Transactions

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Payment can be made via T/T or L/C at sight. A 30% deposit is required, with 70% due before shipment.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Sign the Proforma Invoice (PI) and pay the deposit. Production begins after that. Pay the remaining balance upon completion, and we'll ship your order.

Q: When can I get a quotation?

A: Usually within 24 hours. For urgent requests, please call us or mark your email as priority.
